As part of our upcoming system upgrade, online banking will be down starting February 20 at 12 PM EST until February 23rd. All online banking and mobile app features will be temporarily unavailable during this time.

Current Bill Pay Subscriber Disabled

If you have Bill Pay set up, it will be inactivated as part of the upgrade and will no longer be available on the current online banking platform. Once upgrade is complete your Bill Pay will need to be setup again.

    Online Banking Registration and Username

    You will remain registered in online banking and your  username will stay the same. You will be asked to reset your password when the new online banking launches on Feb 23rd.

    You will not need to re-download the app. If automatic updates are not enabled on your device, you will be prompted to update the app before use.

  • Custom Alerts

    Custom Alerts

    Your existing alerts will carry over automatically. You will also have access to additional customization options in the new platform.

    External Accounts and External Transfers

    External accounts and transfers will transfer over and do not need to be re-linked or set up again.

    For added security, you’ll be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication when you first log in. Previous security questions will not carry over.

    February 16:

    Bill Pay setup will be disabled. You can view existing Bill Pay information. New payees or payments cannot be added.

    February 20:

    Current Bill Pay subscribers will be fully deactivated on the current online banking platform.

    February 23:

    • Log in to the upgraded online banking platform to re-setup Bill Pay.

    • Re-add payees, re-create payment schedules, and setup recurring payments.

    • Once completed, you’ll have access to the updated Bill Pay experience.

Why is Community Savings doing this online banking upgrade?
We’re upgrading our online banking to make it easier to use, more intuitive, and more efficient. The new experience is simpler, more streamlined, and designed to help you get things done faster—with less effort and fewer clicks.
What is the benefit of the online banking upgrade to me as a customer?
Customers will enjoy an easier login experience, improved functionality, and enhanced security with multi-factor authentication. Managing money is simpler—with easier external transfers, the ability to securely link outside accounts by logging in through the third-party provider, and a cleaner, more intuitive layout. We’ve streamlined the experience without removing the features customers rely on, including improvements to both login and bill pay.
When will the online banking conversion take place?
The new online banking experience will launch on February 23.
Will there be any downtime or disruption in service?
Yes. All online banking features will be down from Feb 20th - Feb 23rd. The new online banking will go live Feb 23rd. If assistance is needed, our branches will be operating at normal business hours and telephone banking is available during this time as well to full customers' banking needs.
Will I need to re-enroll or register again for online banking?
Current online banking users will not need to re-register for online banking, but they will need to reset their password and re-enroll in Bill Pay if they are a current Bill Pay Subscriber.
What if I forget my new login information?
Customers can use the standard “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Username” options on the login screen or contact the bank for assistance.
Will I have to change my username to login?
Customers will NOT need to change their User ID (username), but they will be required to reset their password during their first login. They will also be prompted to set up Multi-factor authentication which will make their account more secure. Customers will verify their identity using a one-time code sent to their cell phone number or email address. After logging in, customers may also choose to use Face ID or biometric login on supported devices.
Will I have to download a new mobile application?
Most customers will not need download another mobile application. When they will try to get on the Community Savings App after Feb 23rd, they will be prompted to update the app on their device first. If a customer’s phone is not set to auto-update apps, they may need to open the App Store or Google Play Store and manually update the app. 
What will happen if I am a current Bill Pay User?
The Bill Pay on current online banking platform will be disabled on Feb 16th. The users will be able to see their bill pay but not set up any new ones on the current platform. The Bill Pay subscribers will completely be deactivated on Feb 20th.

On Feb 23rd, customers will need to log-in to the new online banking platform and re-setup Bill Pay. This means they will need to re-add payees, re-create payment schedules, and set up any recurring payments. Once completed, customers will have access to the updated Bill Pay experience.
Will I be able to check my balance at the ATM?
 Yes. Customers will still be able to check their balance at the ATM, even during the online banking downtime.
How will I be able to transfer money during the online banking downtime?
Customers will still be able to transfer money in person at a branch and through telephone banking during the downtime of online banking from Feb 20th - Feb 23rd.
Will I be able to deposit a check online or through the mobile app during the downtime?
No. Mobile and online check deposit will not be available during the online banking downtime from Feb 20th - Feb 23rd. All mobile deposit features will be temporarily unavailable until the new online banking system is live on Feb 23rd.
What happens to Bill Pay starting February 16?
Bill Pay setup will be disabled. Customers can still view existing Bill Pay information, but they will not be able to add new payees or schedule new payments.
What services will be unavailable starting the afternoon of February 20?
Online banking will go into downtime. During this time, Bill Pay subscribers will be inactivated and Bill Pay will not be accessible. eStatements, mobile deposit, and other online banking features will also be unavailable.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for the conversion?
Yes. Customers should plan ahead by completing any urgent online transactions before the February 20 downtime. If using Bill Pay, customers should review scheduled payments in advance and be prepared to re-enroll and re-set up payees and payments after launch. Customers will also need to reset their password when logging in for the first time on February 23.
